What to expect at your appointment

  • Jae talks through what to expect and how much length may be lost.
  • Each loc is loosened and combed out with conditioner.
  • Your hair is washed and detangled at the end.

Aftercare and keeping it fresh

  • Expect a full wash and deep condition at home in the days after.
  • Detangle gently from the ends up and use plenty of conditioner.
  • Talk to Jae about what comes next, whether that is a new style or new locs.

Can combed-out locs be locked again?

Combed-out hair is starting over. If you want locs again, talk to Jae about starter locs or instant locs.

Yes. Every service includes a shampoo except braided styles.
