When should this style come down?
Jae gives you a takedown recommendation at your appointment. Damage usually happens when a style is too tight at the hairline or worn past its window, so take it down on time.
Is a shampoo included?
Every service includes a shampoo except braided styles, so arrive with clean, product-free hair.
